I haven’t ran in a couple of weeks . I’ve still been doing CrossFit and just came back from snowboarding for several days though so I’ve been very active. It felt really good to get out and run again and I really enjoyed the sunrise this morning, but I think I pulled my left adductor . Even though I have been stretching regularly I did not stretch before or during my run so I definitely need to make sure I don’t just hop out of bed and run without doing some sort of warmup and stretching.
