CrossFit Open 22.3

The 22.3 workout hit hard. As much as people on YouTube made it look easy and I didn’t get as far as I thought I would I need to take a step back and be happy about what I did accomplish.

I did 2 rounds of double unders (78 total). When last year for 21.1 I couldn’t even do them.

The last time I did Fran I only did 75# thrusters, so pulling of 21 95# thrusters as part of a workout is way more than I’m used to.

I can actually do chest-to-bar pull-ups now and I made it through all 18 even after being out of breath from the thrusters.

I scored 139 reps at the 12 min mark just in time to complete a 115# thruster!

I’m sure glad the CrossFit Open is over with but it was fun to get out of my comfort zone, push my limits, and even redline a bit.
