If you want to become courageous

We did “Fran” today. I completed it in 6:59 with a 75# barbell. I probably should keep working on my pull-ups to where I’m NOT doing singles before upping the barbell weight which I think was scaled appropriately today. The point of Fran is to go fast says coach @whiskey.will.208 so scale appropriately. If you aren’t on the floor sizzling like :bacon: you didn’t scale it right to go fast enough.
