Clean/Front Squat Complex 115 lbs
Deadlift 4 sets of 1x2 295 lbs (First set was 275 I was still warming up)
“Dublin” 18:54 (35lb db, 45 was too heavy)
I was really happy with my double unders today. I did 3 of the 5 rounds of 45 double unders unbroken. Just that fact that I could do double unders at all today is a huge win because it means my shin splints are getting under control. I ran 7 miles on Saturday and 3 miles yesterday which normally would keep me from being able to jump high enough to do them.
