Strict Pull-Up Progress

On my road to prescribed one of my goals is to increase the number of strict pull-ups that I can do. When I started CrossFit I could only do 2 unbroken. It’s pretty fun to see the progress that I’m making by just going to class regularly.

We tested max strict pull-ups in class today and I was able to do 10!
